1. Eligibility

2. Research Use Only Products

By purchasing from Level Up Peptides, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are a qualified researcher, or you represent a legitimate research institution or laboratory
• You understand the risks involved in handling research-grade compounds
• You will not use any product for personal, diagnostic, therapeutic, or recreational purposes
• You will handle, store, and dispose of all products in accordance with applicable safety regulations
• You accept full responsibility for the lawful use of any products you purchase

3. Account Registration

You may create an account to streamline future orders. When doing so you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

All orders placed through the Site constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order-confirmation email from us. We may refuse or cancel orders based on suspected misuse, shipping restrictions, unverifiable billing/shipping information, or product unavailability or pricing errors. If an order is cancelled after payment has been captured, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical pricing errors and may cancel any order affected by one. Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party gateways; Level Up Peptides does not store payment card details. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States only and strive to ship orders the same or next business day. Tracking information is provided via email. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or force-majeure events. See our Shipping & Returns Policy for details.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research-grade products, returns are accepted only under limited circumstances (damaged in transit, incorrect item, or defective product) as detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind or for opened/tampered products outside those exceptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Level Up Peptides is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from the misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of our products. The buyer assumes all risk upon receipt and use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Level Up Peptides or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Site systems or other accounts
• Transmit malicious software, spam, or harmful material
• Scrape, data-mine, or harvest content without permission

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

FDA Disclaimer

Products sold by Level Up Peptides have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Level Up Peptides operates as a chemical supplier for research purposes and is not a compounding pharmacy or outsourcing facility under Section 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
