How we ship, and the limited circumstances under which returns are accepted. All products are research use only.
Where we ship
United States only. We do not ship internationally. You are responsible for ensuring receipt and possession of the products is lawful in your location; we may cancel orders to restricted destinations.
Processing & delivery
Orders placed before 1PM PST on a business day are typically dispatched same day via FedEx 2-Day; otherwise the next business day. A tracking number is emailed and shown in your account when your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Optional shipping protection covers loss, theft, or transit damage when selected at checkout.
Returns — limited
Due to the nature of research-grade products, returns are accepted only for:
- Damaged in transit — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- Incorrect item — contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Defective product — reported within 7 days with supporting documentation
Not returnable
We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or products that have been opened or tampered with outside the exceptions above. Approved refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion to the original payment method.
Lost shipments
If tracking shows non-delivery, contact us within 15 days of the ship date and we will investigate with the carrier.
