Common questions about our research compounds, shipping, and ordering.
What does “research use only” mean?
Every product is sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use. It is not a drug, supplement, or medical device, and is not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, or treatment.
Are these for human consumption?
No. All products are research-use-only and must not be consumed or administered to humans or animals. By ordering you confirm you are acquiring them for lawful research only.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
Yes — third-party COAs are available for our compounds, documenting identity and purity (≥99% by HPLC). Look for the COA badge on each product and the lab-report link.
Where do you ship?
United States only. Orders placed before 1PM PST on a business day typically dispatch same day via FedEx 2-Day. Tracking is emailed and shown in your account.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card and Apple/Google Pay, plus bank transfer (ACH) and Zelle (discounted) and cryptocurrency (larger discount). Card details are tokenized by the processor and never stored on our site.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes — checkout requires an account so we can verify you are 21+ and acquiring products for research, and so you can track orders and earn points.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research materials, returns are limited to items damaged in transit, incorrect items, or defective products (reported per our Shipping & Returns Policy). We do not accept change-of-mind or opened-product returns.
How should products be stored?
Most are supplied as lyophilized powder; store cold (typically -20°C) and handle per standard laboratory protocol. We do not provide human/veterinary usage or dosing guidance.
